Having worked at your scale and in your sector matters too: a team that has delivered a 200-square-metre double-deck project will carry your 60 square metres with ease.

Is Production in Their Own Workshop?

This is the critical question. A firm with its own workshop controls production, quality and schedule directly; an intermediary firm depends on someone else at every stage. When a revision is needed — and in fair work it always is — a team with a workshop steps in the same day. At the quote stage, clearly ask where production is done.
